About the role

GO.FARM is looking to fill the role of Irrigation Supervisor at our Super High Density olive Grove in Narrandera, NSW.

As an Irrigation Supervisor you will support the Farm Leader in the daily delivery and performance of irrigation and fertigation programs across the farm with a dedicated focus and emphasis on delivering safe, high-quality and efficient outcomes.

What we require from you:

• Your driver’s license.
• An ability to work within a small team and unsupervised.
• A safety-first mindset.
• A willingness to ask questions, learn and improve.
• Experience with drip irrigation systems.
• Familiarity with moisture monitoring tools and irrigation scheduling.
• Basic mechanical and maintenance skills.
