Our people are at the core of our operations. Whether they are on-farm or at the Melbourne Farm Hub, our team has a deep connection and passion for agriculture and the work we do. Our story began in 2013, with founder Liam Lenaghan and a team of just three. Since then, we have grown our team to over 100 people, primarily positioned in regional and rural communities working on GO.FARM’s innovative farmland projects.
Our culture is underpinned by the values we hold and the behaviours we live by. We hold ourselves and each other accountable to these things to ensure we’re proud of both our journey to transform Australian agriculture and the legacy we leave behind.
