Founded in 2013 by Liam Lenaghan with a team of just three, GO.FARM has grown into a dynamic community of over 200 passionate individuals across south-eastern Australia. Whether you’re located on one of our farms or at our Melbourne Farm Hub, you’ll be part of a team that challenges, supports, and respects you, with the shared purpose of transforming Australian agriculture.

Orchard Manager

Girffith, NSW

About the role

GO.FARM is looking to fill the role of Orchard Manager located in Griffith, NSW.

The Orchard Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and productive delivery of orchard operations across a high-value horticultural asset. This role leads all aspects of crop program execution, people leadership, planning, and continuous improvement to ensure investment-grade outcomes are achieved.

Irrigation Supervisor

Narrandera, NSW

GO.FARM is looking to fill the role of Irrigation Supervisor at our Super High Density olive Grove in Narrandera, NSW.

As an Irrigation Supervisor you will support the Farm Leader in the daily delivery and performance of irrigation and fertigation programs across the farm with a dedicated focus and emphasis on delivering safe, high-quality and efficient outcomes.

Cropping Team – Cropping Hands / Cropping Managers

As a member of the cropping team, you will assist with the execution and delivery of the cropping operations with a dedicated focus and emphasis on delivering on the guiding principles of safety, quality, productivity and efficiency to the business.

Key selection criteria/experience;

  • Spraying, spreading, tillage, general farm duties.
