With a core focus on investment in good people, portfolio reconfiguration and supply agreement negotiations, we’ve transformed the Lake Boga portfolio into an efficient, sustainable broadacre and field cropping operation.
Implementation of a simplified cropping plan, adopting modern irrigation technology and improving WH&S support for all team members.
Strategic crop rotations and targeted agronomy has improved soil health. Designated conservation zones support biodiversity and protect local flora and fauna.
In 2022, regional floods tested the strength of the community. Our team supported local initiatives by rebuilding levees, sheltering neighbours’ stock and contributing to flood meetings and mitigation strategies.
