Cropping Team – Cropping Hands / Cropping Managers

As a member of the cropping team, you will assist with the execution and delivery of the cropping operations with a dedicated focus and emphasis on delivering on the guiding principles of safety, quality, productivity and efficiency to the business.

Key selection criteria/experience;

• A focus on safety, communication, quality, productivity, efficiency and cost control.
• Spraying, spreading, tillage, general farm duties.
• Row crop and/or broad-acre experience.
• Attention to detail and high standards required.

Management roles will also require a focus on:

• Leading and developing team members.
• Being accountable to team deliverables.
• Supervisory and management experience.
