Jim, over the past decade, has been leading a ~1,000ha Olive grove and accompanying mill/bottling facility. Jim was also the first to bring the SHD (Super High Density) format to Australia at scale successfully, and now 600ha is in that format, with the most recent development completed 3 years ago. He is now leading the transformation and strategy of Dellapool olives.
